Wedding Dream Photography in Sicily

Two beautiful spouses, who are close to our heart, because they are also part of our study. The saying is true that sooner or later it’s up to everyone.

One sunny day, one morning a beautiful woman wakes up and dreams of getting married. This is how the journey of Annalisa and Luca begins, in the daily life of their day. In the love given by the little things. Awakening, shaving, breakfast, hair make-up. All like a dream. Then the bridegroom Luca goes away, accompanied by a kiss and the bride remains alone to write the promises of love and get ready.

The day continues, and they see each other again as if it were the first time. They are ready to swear the love. The wind among the branches, the chirping of the bird’s witnesses of their passion. Immutable. Faithful. In time. A few portraits for this couple so special to the rhythm of their hearts, in the enchantment of nature. A toast while looking in the eyes. Some joking pictures.

“She looked at her, but with a look for which the word look is too strong, a marvelous look that is seeing without wondering about anything, seeing and no more.”

“Something like two things that touch each other—the eyes and the image — a look that does not take but receives, in the absolute silence of the mind, the only look that could really save us — innocent of any question, still not tainted by the vice of wanting to know — the only innocence that could prevent the hurt caused by external things when they enter the sphere of our sensibilities — to see — to feel — because it would be no more than a marvelous vis-a-vis, us and things, whereby our eyes receive the whole world — to receive — without questions, even without wonder — to receive — only — to receive — in our eyes — the whole world.” – Alessandro Baricco – Ocean Sea

Dubrovnik Engagement photography

Dubrovnik Engagement story of Vorky and Peiky. We always enjoy making new friends during the photoshoot. This beautiful couple came from Thailand and dreamed about having their prewedding story in Croatia. We have planned interesting locations for them: Dominica monastery, Fort Lovrijenac, park Orsula. We were lucky to find yellow spring blossom flowers in Park Orsula with panoramic view on Dubrovnik Old Town. They were amazed at the view on Dubrovnik and were happy to visit places like in the Game of Thrones, and were relaxed and happy at the day of the shoot.

Sicily Luxury Wedding • A Vinery special venue

Luca and Valentina celebrated their wedding in the beautiful location of the Cantine De Gregorio, located in Sciacca, Sicily!

As a wedding photographer, I started to photograph Luca while he was preparing for his big day calmly and smilingly. At Valentina’s house, there was a bit of tension and a lot of tenderness! The religious ceremony of the wedding was held in the Church of Sciacca. Then I took some photos to the newlyweds outside and then we went to reunite with their guests, relatives, and friends at the Cantine De Gregorio di Sciacca. I love photographing the most joyful moments of the wedding, during songs and dances to tell, with my photographic services, all the spontaneous moments during a wedding!

Photographer in Sicily for the best weddings, both small weddings, and large wedding events, because I love that elegant and spontaneous style that differentiates weddings in my photographic services from Agrigento to Cefalù, from Taormina to Scopello, Palermo and all of Sicily; but I am available to travel even outside my region!

Engagement photography in Marrakesh

As a destination wedding photographer, I’m always on the lookout for new exotic and exciting destinations!

I recently had the chance to meet Camelia & Ray, a beautiful couple from the South of France. For their engagement session, they wanted something special. Something that would have a connection with the way they had met several years ago. So they asked me if I’d be OK to follow them to Marrakesh in Morocco! Of course, I was!

So here we are, in the souk (old market) of one of the most beautiful and atypical cities in Northern Africa: Marrakesh! The Taj, the Palaces, and Riads, the Mosques, the spices, the snake charmers, the beautiful gardens.

The Souk of Marrakesh

Shooting an engagement session at the largest traditional market in Morocco is, by all means, a challenge. Very busy, very crowded and asking a couple to pose and hug in such a place is not so easy. So we did it the easy way as I asked Camelia & Ray to walk and behave just the way they would if they were simply having a stroll through the souk. I ended up getting natural shots with a taste of Morocco culture. Exactly what I was looking for!

The Majorelle Garden

We then headed to the Majorelle Garden (Jardin Majorelle in French), the most beautiful garden of Marrakesh, restored by the famous French designer Yves Saint Laurent. For the occasion, Camelia decided to wear blue “Majorelle”- colored earrings. Although it was pouring down the whole time, we managed to take some great shots. This, by the way, is the place where Camelia & Ray had their first kiss a few years back! So we had to take a shot to remind them of this beautiful day 🙂

The Trash the dress session

We had such a great time in Morocco that Camelia & Ray decided to have their trash the dress session in Morocco as well! We’ll be back soon, but this time we will go to the desert for something more spectacular!

As a wedding photographer during summer time, I am almost a permanent citizen of Santorini due to the huge demand on wedding projects.

Santorini is always regarded to be as one of the top 3 wedding destinations worldwide every year! The breathtaking views, the unique Cycladic architecture, the perfectly combined colors of white and blue, in addition to three words that begin with letter S (Sea, Sun, Summer) create the most attractive vibes that a place has to offer!

Stephanie and Michelle brought all their relatives and friends from Canada, US, Lebanon, and Greece, to the spectacular destination of Santorini island!

This is the reason why this lovely couple (and new friends for me now) choose Santorini for their wedding destination.

The remarkable element of this wedding was its party vibes!!

They picked the place of event carefully and they were spot on for what they were looking for…. View to the caldera and party vibes combined with the above-described elements that Santorini has to offer.

Their selection, hotel La Maltese at Imerovigli and Budha Bar at its premises for the reception was just perfect!!

We had a “wedding portraits” photo session immediately after the ceremony as the clock was ticking and we had fun and laughs while completing this photography stage. Guests were enjoying the view (and the drinks of course) and probably we offered them a show as well as they could see us from a distance at some point. The couple made their entrance, food was served and … let the party begin!!!!!

May I take the opportunity to thank Stephanie and Michel for making me the honor choosing me as the photographer of their wedding but mostly for the flattering comments I received from them!

Here is what they wrote to me…

“The pictures were absolutely amazing! We love them!!!!! We could not have asked for a better photographer:) We really appreciate everything you did for us.”
