Transport Themed East London Wedding

This East London wedding was a real treat to photograph, from Shanie’s preparations through to the amazing party at St Matthias Community Centre. I began at an apartment where Shanie and the bridesmaids were getting ready. It was pretty busy, and there was a fabulous reaction when Shanie appeared in her stunning black and red lace dress that she’d designed herself. Shanie and Pete both work for Transport for London and the transport theme began with the bridal party boarding a double decker bus for the journey to All Saint’s Church in Poplar. After the beautiful service we did some family pictures in the church grounds before joining all their guests at St Matthias Community Centre for the wedding breakfast. The former church had been transformed for the meal and party by J&J Occasions. After the wedding breakfast and speeches, the party really started to get going with some traditional Jewish dancing before everyone flooded the dance floor.

Pre-Wedding in Berlin with Derek & Grace

Derek and Grace are really beautiful, bright and sensual couple from Singapore. We were very pleased that they have chosen us to shoot theirs Pre-Wedding in Berlin. It seemed there was not a minute on this day when they were not looking lovingly at each other and enjoyed their feelings and this beautiful day. These emotions took over me. Working with them was a pleasure.

Wedding Between The Olive Trees

When I first met Ruth and Jason in Bracu restaurant, where their wedding was planned we got totally excited : what a perfect venue. Everything was there in this Olive Estate : a piece of heaven. In the morning while the girls were getting ready the boys could have some fun shooting. After a beautiful ceremony the freshly married couple and their guests just had to walk a few meters to the reception. We just had to walk around to be in the most fantastic scenery to take photos, while the guests could sip some locally made cocktail and play ninepins or giant Jenga. It has been such an honour to be able to show the love of this wedding with my own happy way.

Country Chic Wedding in Tuscany

Borgo di Castelvecchio is a tiny piece of paradise hiding in the Tuscan countryside. Lucia and Ian decided to celebrate their Italian wedding among friends and families coming from all over the world to honor Lucia’s Tuscan origins. Nine beautiful bridesmaids and nine handsome best men accompanied the bride and the groom in each moment of the wedding, which took place in the small Catholic Church of the Borgo. We had the chance to work with some of the best wedding vendors of the whole country, starting from the famous catering Galateo Ricevimenti , to the amazing Stiatti Fiori for the floral decorations – not to forget the amazing team of wedding planners of Distinctive who made this amazing wedding happen!

All the guests lodged at the Borgo or in some hotels nearby, and the majority of them came from the U.S. and from Italy. Lucia and Ian got ready separately in two different areas of the location, and met right at the altar as the Catholic tradition requires. After the ceremony, a cocktail party and buffet was waiting for the newlyweds, who started their married life in an incredible location and with such a great company, and kept on partying until late night. Congratulations!
