Elopement in Oia Santorini

I have always been utterly fascinated by elopements; it cannot be denied that there is something irresistibly romantic and touching about the concept of two people who are so deeply in love that they bravely decide to abandon old traditions and pledge their faith and devotion to each other without a noisy audience of well-meaning friends and relatives. There are no guests, no wild parties, no laboriously organized group events – and certainly no stress! The couple can relish the magic of these unique moments with no distractions. The only other person present is their wedding photographer, whose task is to capture these precious moments forever. That’s why his role takes on special importance: he is the witness who will narrate their story through his pictures…

Christie and Ryan, from the USA, chose the breathtakingly beautiful Greek island of Santorini for their private wedding ceremony. I sensed from the very first moment the incredibly strong bond between them; they were just perfect together! So I, the lucky photographer, had all the necessary ingredients for an amazing photoshoot recipe: a beautiful, wonderfully matched couple, powerful vibes of love in the air, glorious sunny weather, and a stunning Cycladic landscape.

The ceremony took place at a terrace of Sophia Suites overlooking the sparkling waters of the Aegean, with a spectacular unobstructed view of the caldera. The bride was simply beautiful in her elegant wedding dress, and her Jimmy Choo bridal shoes, and the bridegroom was very handsome in his classical blue suit. They exchanged their marital vows and then danced their first dance as husband and wife to the sweet music played by a harpist. Every single detail, including the exquisite decoration, the rich traditional menu, the two bears symbolizing the couple on the wedding cake, and the tiny bottle with the label “We Tied the Knot,” had been perfectly organized and coordinated by the talented team of Stella and Moscha.

Dear Christie and Ryan, it was a great honor and an even greater pleasure to be there and capture the unique moments of your wedding day. I honestly have no words to thank you enough for your trust. May the sun of love always shine upon you!

Beautiful ceremony! It seems to be very intimate and emotional. Great documentation as well. I like your approach as a photographer : it is light and has its personality.

Bilingual wedding at a French Castle

Alexis is American and Vincent French. They dreamt of a small wedding in a big castle. They did a perfect and fun celebration at the beautiful “Chateau de Pranemoux”. Their guests were from both sides of the world, and it was a pleasure as a bilingual photographer to switch from English to French.

Bollywood wedding in Bangkok

The wedding has been such a fairy-tale from start to finish. It is the Indian wedding of the year to us. We couldn’t resist to tell you about this wedding at Anantara hotel in Bangkok. The vibrant of colors, the bond between their families during “Puja” ceremony, the fun and festive dances especially the first dance that the couple gets an inspiration from Gerua music video – the most famous love song in India. Every single moment are so precious, and we will remember for a long time. We started from the pre-wedding shot at Anantara hotel, and they used our pre-wedding photos as the background for the performance on the stage. The first dance was so impressive. The lighting, songs, and everything makes them as a Bollywood couple. The beautiful couple is so shining like the star.

Krina and Harsh are both Jainism. All foods are vegetarian, and we could take our chance to taste the food as well. Every menu are so incredibly delicious and made me feel interested in vegetarian recipes for my healthy and smart living. Krina’s mother choose the best thing for her lovely daughter. The live band Indian music in the wedding ceremony, wedding DJ during the groom procession, the banquet are all the best in Bangkok. It has been such a privilege to be a part of their remarkable wedding.

Family wedding in Fiji

Andrea and Ivan decided to tie the knot three years after he proposed. They did that in a simple way with their favorite people in this world: their two children. Andrea’s bridesmaid flew from the other side of the world (England) to celebrate her best friend’s wedding in the tropic. And here is the real Fiji dream: palm tree, clear water, warmth, Fiji Warriors…
