Photographer Kari Bellamy is addicted to wedding photography—being a part of the happiest day of her clients’ lives and delivering images that take their breath away. Past clients call Kari’s work “amazing” and “magical,” but also rave about the sheer pleasure of working with her. Writes one happy bride, “I’m so glad we had you with us on the day.” A transplant to Britain from the United States, Kari is especially thrilled at the opportunity to capture romantic images of her couples against some of the country’s stunning architecture—from castles and old libraries to stately homes and cobblestone streets. A testament to her success, in 2014 she was recognised Kari as one of Britain’s top fifty wedding photographers. When she’s not behind the camera, Kari loves exploring new places, meeting new people, listening to big band music, and spending time with her husband Paul and their cat Quentin. This ability to fully embrace life is clearly reflected in Kari’s wedding-day images, which celebrate the most important parts of the human experience: love, friends, and family.
