My family has been the subject of my personal photography work for over 10 years. For me, image making satisfies a personal curiosity driven by the need to understand and appreciate those I love. With the same artistic sensitivity, I bring this storytelling approach to wedding days.

Ultimately, my goal is to capture meaningful images that feel the way you felt on the day you said “I do.”

Her work has been published and acclaimed internationally, appearing in Brides Magazine, Anhelo (Japan), The Knot, and The Knot China.

Originally from Israel, she has had the pleasure of photographing many French, Yemenite, Ethiopian, Indian, and Moroccan weddings and events. Through her photojournalistic style, Shira captures the spontaneity, joy, emotion and ambiance of the important day with photos that present an unfolding story.

It is Shira’s desire to bring a fresh perspective to the beautiful people she works with. Telling people’s stories fully and authentically from a unique artistic perspective is her true passion. Through hard work and effort, she captures those natural, unanticipated moments that are the essence of real emotion. She believes the quality and sensitivity of her work are what have contributed to a growing list of clients.

Johnny’s photographic style is an eye-catching fusion of editorial fashion and journalism, and driven by a passion for capturing couples in love. His skills have won him numerous awards, including DWF’s Wedding Photographer of the Year in 2008 and several awards of excellence from WPPI in 2009 and 2010.

Johnny, his wife and two young boys call Calgary home, nestled in the splendour of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. However, Johnny accepts commissions all over the world. Recent commissions have brought him from Calgary to the Caribbean, Latin America and Hawaii.

In 2009, American Photo Magazine named him one of the top ten wedding photographers in the U.S. In 2007, italian magazine Just Married ranked him as one of the top wedding photographers in the world.

Having grown up in Washington DC as the daughter of a photographer, Justine now lives in Los Angeles with her husband and 2 maltese dogs. Most recently her work was published in Martha Stewart Weddings, In Touch Weekly and People Magazine. Justine also won top honors in the 2010 WPPI 16×20 Print Competition and in 2009 photographed the wedding of former American Idol judge Kara Dioguardi as well as the wedding of singer/ songwriter Lisa Loeb.

Beginning just four years ago, I developed a voice and online brand by leveraging social media and developing techniques to empower clients to become the voice of my brand. I live with my husband and fabulous dog, and at times struggle to determine who is my favorite. I love to eat chocolate, run on the beach, and spend too much time writing on my blog. I hope to take the wedding industry by storm. Or learn how to make meatloaf. Whichever comes first.

I’m 33. I have 2 kitties and the most awesomest dog ever. I love Pho Ga and absolutely HATE pancakes. In 2009, a wedding I photographed in Mexico was named the BEST DESTINATION WEDDING by The Knot-National. I know every line to Weird Science. Orange used to be my favorite color, but now it’s green. I was always the strange “artsy” girl in school and my date to senior prom was this fabulous gay friend who wore a top hat, cape and tights. I am not an unobtrusive photographer, but rather the guest at the wedding with a camera that takes totally rad photos. While living in Mexico I founded the EYES OPEN PROJECT, my nonprofit photography organization. I fly in my dreams almost every night and began dancing on Pointe when I was 12 years old. As a kid I had a pet chinchilla and refused to wear a dress till I was in high school. I knew how to print images in a darkroom before I was old enough to RIDE THIS RIDE. I have remained good friends with many of the couples I have photographed.

Now operating as a total GREEN COMPANY, Kirsten is able to not only take the utmost care of her clients, but the environment as well. Digital images, online proofing, reusable containers, recycled paper products and even a scooter as her main source of transportation are all changes she has made to her company to reduce her carbon footprint.
