Carlo Carletti Wedding Photographer

Carlo Carletti was born in 1966 in Tuscany (Italy). After important publications on the Tuscan Landscape he focused his attention on Wedding Photography. In 2010 WPJA (Wedding Photojournalistic Association) appointed him “Photographer of the Year 2009″. He is the only photographer in the world to win for the second time this prize, the most representative international award in wedding photography. The first was in 2006.
The international magazine “JM – Just Married” selected him among the 10 world’s best international photographers and published an article on his work. His work has been featured in important magazines such as “KODAK Pro Magazine” (USA edition), ‘American PHOTO’, ‘KULT Magazine’.
Carlo Carletti is based in Tuscany, Italy, and travels throughout Europe and the United States. “For great results, Carletti shoots with a specific goal in mind: to make each image aesthetically pleasing and timeless. Everyone viewing his photos can find that story, feel that sentiment or relive that moment. When asked what makes a great wedding image, Carletti said it comes from “the unpredictability of a situation or emotion,” or when something happens that interrupts the plain and predicable rituals.”
